Door Closer Performance Test System, Color : Blue

Test equipment function：

    The equipment is designed to test and record opening and closing moment of door closer continuously from 0 degree to 180 degree opening.

1．Door closer is installed on the test door;

2．The servo motor open the test door from 0° to o the maximum opening angle or 180°  under

     speed of 1° /s, and record the opening force and opening degree during the process;

3．Then, the motor reverses and slowly releases the door leaf, and the doorclose from 180 ° to 0°

     under the action of the door closer，Record the closing force and degree of the closing process;

4．The opening / closing process come out "force vs angle" curve (as shown in Figure 1);

5．Calculate the dataand generate the performance test report of closing force value according to EN

     1154:1997+A1:2006,ANSI/BHMA A156.4:2019 (As shown in Figure 1) and test method and report

     for QBT2698-2016
