Dopin is suitable in the management of anxiety associated with depression. Dopin has high selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor. It produces anti-depressant effect by inhibiting neuronal uptake of 5HT and dopamine. It provides quicker onset of anti depressant action causing lesser cardiovascular complication. It gives lesser anti cholinergic side effects.
