Semi Automatic Double End Angle Cutting Machine

High spindle rotation. Cut two 45° (one 45°at left and right respectively) simultaneously with one movement. Accurate cutting angle. Smooth cutting section and burr-free. 1. Double-pole synchronous saw cutting: cut two 45° (one 45°at left and right respectively) simultaneously with one movement and save 2/3 of time compared to general cutting.

2. Stamp foot switch to auto press and saw materials, which is safe and easy.

3. Air-pushed hydraulic saw feeding and steady cutting speed. Auto-spray atomized cutting oil during cutting to cool and lubricate saw blade to keep it clean and sharp.

4. Clamp with cylinders at top and bottom, front and back, steady materials, never deform, accurate cutting angle and pressing pressure adjustment available to prevent hollow material from deforming.

5 . 2.5*2.5m feeding and discharging rack are specially installed on right and left of the machine. Set positioning plate on discharging rack for convenience of determining cutting dimensions (transfer table is steel platform).
