Double Jewel Bearing

Hot polished cup jewels are used in these double jewel bearing. The process of hot polishing alters the surface characteristic of the material and gives the highest possible level of polish to the Sapphire/Ruby jewel, causing minimum friction during the working of the bearing.

 All the metal components and jewels are cleaned and inspected before assembling and are assembled in absolutely dust free assembly area. Steel or Tungsten Carbide balls are used depending upon customer requirements. 

 All the jewels and balls are inspected 100% visually before assembly.
