Construction Details

1. Frame: 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm thick GI/GP sheet for high structural strength and corrosion resistance.

2. Door Leaf: 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm thick GI/GP sheet with mechanically interlocked edges for rigidity and alignment.

3. Vision Panel (Optional): Maximum size 520 mm x 620 mm x 6 mm fire-rated glass for visibility and safety.

4. Infill Material: High-density mineral wool insulation providing excellent thermal and fire protection.

5. Edge Construction: Machinery-interlocked face sheets with interlocked edges ensuring superior bonding and stability.

6. Top Channel: Flush as standard.
