Stainless Steel Double Pitch Compression Springs for Industrial Use

Dual pitch compression springs are the non-linear compression springs having different amounts of pitches between the coils in diverse sections of a spring. Coil pitch is the key for your spring? travel and load capacities. With more pitches between the coils, you will obtain more force and also stress on the compression springs. That is the reason why a few springs with really little coils as well aslots of pitches won’t travel ultimately to the solid height; as they have extremely little travel or deflection.

You can use non-linear dual pitch springs when you require to meet dual loads in the spring, which you won? be able to achieve with the continuous spring rate. It needs you to alter the pitch among some coils to help you get a dissimilar amount of loads to meet the necessary loaded heights.
