Double Profile Corrugation Machine

This heavy duty robust machine is specially designed for production of two ply corrugated (roll) by feeding two reels of craft paper one as media paper & other as liner paper simultaneously. This versatile machine has two sets of flute rollers which can be alternatively used. Changing of flute rollers is hydraulic and takes no time. Flute rollers are mounted on spherical bearings. The machine is equiped with hydraulic power pack reel stand upto 1 mtr reel diameter. This machine can also be incorporated in auto plant. Fingerless system is optionally avaiblabe.
