Structures
2PLF series teeth-roller crusher is composed of electromotor,constant-filling fluid,shaft coupling,connecting cover, reducer, toothed rollers, and the main body.
(1) Constant-filling fluid coupling
It is used as connection between the electromotor and reducer, buffering the strike and vibration generated when starting, as well as over load protection.
(2)Connecting cover
The electromotor and the reducer are connected as a wholt by connecting cover,bearing the weight of the motor, protecting constant-filling fluid coupling,and ensure the electromotor and the reducer concentric rotating. Additionally, through the monitoring hole on the cover, working condition of constant-filling fluid coupling could be monitored.
(3)Tooth-roller
Tooth-roller is the key component of crusher, spiral arrangement of teeth. The toothholders and principal axis are assembled using the multiple dove-tail grooves, which enhance the shear strength.Small size materials are sieved out by two tooth-roller which rotate inward synchronously in opposite direction, and the massive materials are crushed by the broken tooth.Broken tooth is casted by adopting special formula which fuses multiple rare elements. It is quenched after processing,make it higher strength as well as toughness,better abrasion resistance
and longer service life.
(4)Shaft coupling
Plum-shaped elastic coupling with high-performance polyurethane are applied,greatly reduce the impact and vibration from tooth-roller to reducer.
(5)Over load protector
Speed detection sensor over load protection ensure safe production. The senor is connected with PLC programmed control monitoring equipment. The electromotor can be manually reversed
to remove blocked material and prevent material being blocked. Distance control can be realized through PLC programmed controller. The running condition can be monitored through control room.
Shearing-crush technogy are utilized,eliminate over crushing. Small volume, light weight, suitable for 1st stage crushing, 2nd stage crushing, 3rd stage crushing in pit, workshop, and open-cut working condition.
