flat roller surface models is suitable for the following technical requirements: feed size less than 80mm, finished size 0.5-10mm .
welding roller surface models suitable for feed size less than 150mm, finished size 3 - 30mm in crushing operations.
working principle
double roller crusher has two high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers. The two rollers turn relative together to generate high extrusion pressure to break materials, the material enter into the space between the two rolls, suffered both extrusion and shear force. In the crusher rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
