Double Screw Extruder Machine

Our double screw extruder machine is available in varying barrel length for its easy adaptation client’s extrusion requirement. It is available with options of counter-rotation. Its technical specification can be chosen depending on polymer and processing task. Its barrel is divided horizontally and can be tilted to be opened on either side. Our double screw extruder machine is also available in the stand-alone version.

This is an all rounder machine for its segmented barrel design that allows the varied processing lengths. It is being widely used as a pilot plant, as in-line compounder and also for recipe development in domestic as well as international industrial operations.
