we offer Double Sided C Edge Grinding Machine.
The machines have been mainly developed for the production of furniture, solar, architectural, and industrial glass. We offer machines with 2, 3, 4 or even 6 spindles per side as well as a CNC controlled corner cutting device as option.
The advantage of our technology is the solid and massive construction, ideal to take up vibrations.
The machine base and spindles are mainly casted. This guarantees a perfect grinding result 24 hrs at 365 days/year.
Our patented corner cutting system adjusts itself to the grinding speed. It also produces the corners with the pre-selected degree at a size of 1 - 10 mm within a 0,5 mm repeatability. We do not use swing bearings. The grinding wheel is not fixed and the corner size and degree can be pre-selected within the program. We can produce corner cuttings up to 15 m/min., without loosing quality at the corners.
We also offer to our machinesa groove grinding station. There you easily can grind grooves during the production onto the upper surface of the glass.
The main drive is carried out by two gear boxes. These boxes are designed for quick and easy exchange. They are running in oil and thus guarantee long life.
All parts touching water are made of stainless steel. Our machines are open designed for an easy and quick access from outside, even during production you can check the water, so that you do not have to stop. Your operator will be like it pretty much.
