Double sided tissue tape

Double sided tissue tape is made of tissue paper both side coated with, hot melt, acrylic emulsion or solvent acrylic based adhesives and laminated with double sided release paper. This tape can be used in shoe, leather, paper, white goods, foam, postal, decoration, labels and a lot more applications. The various type of tissue tapes we have is as follows:

• Hot-melt Tissue: This tape is manufactured with hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive which consists of thermal polymeric materials which makes the adhesive provide quick bonding effect. It has a low production cost, long shelf life and easy to apply. It is the most economical double sided tissue tape available and can be used for any general application.
• Modified Acrylic Emulsion Tissue Tape: Water acrylic emulsion double sided tissue tape is made by using emulsion polymerization using surface-active agents to emulsify the acrylic ester keeping water as the media. It is the most environmental friendly tissue tape which is available. We mainly manufacture high tack tissue for carpet laying from this tape.
• Solvent Tissue Tape: The solvent acrylic tissue tape adhesive has excellent performance to various conditions depending on the formula of the adhesive and by changing various cross-linking agents. We can manufacture solvent tissue tape to withstand heat, cold, water, solvent and high or low peel adhesion.
