Components:

• CS Air Handling unit have Fan driven by Squirrel Cage AC Induction electric motor for move the air. Fan typically DIDW, Plug Fan & EC Fan with VFD Driven.
• In AHU have coil section typically heating & cooling or both requirement as per location and the application. Coil manufactured from copper of tubes with Al. fins for heat exchanger. Coil also available in DX, CW & HW as per AHRI Standard.
• Filter section placed in first in the AHU in order to clean air particles. The grade of filter required by as per application of Filter class of Pre filter & fine filter or combination filter.
• If required than Mixing chamber provision in AHU for return air and Fresh mixing to maintain indoor quality.
• AHU frame with thermal / Non thermal Al. profile with necessary accessories like PVC jointer, screw, gasket and etc. Panel thickness as 25, 40, 43 & 50 mm available.
