Contact SupplierWREN Double Stage Air Compressor compresses air in two steps. First, atmospheric air is drawn into a low-pressure cylinder, where it is compressed and partially cooled. The compressed air then passes through an intercooler to reduce its temperature before entering the high-pressure cylinder for a second round of compression. Finally, the air is stored in a tank at a pressure typically up to 12–14 bar (175–200 PSI).
This design enhances efficiency, reduces heat buildup, and extends the life of the compressor components.
