Light weight of Pit-man, Toggles and other components results easy replacement as less cost. Heavy steel plates Body. Safety Device with the fly-wheel mounted on ecc shaft to protect bearings and ecc shaft(Crank) from overload. Swing Jaw geometry of crusher is modify after vast practical experience of stone crushing and screening plants, results with modern principal of “Crushing Without Rubbing” at high R.P.M. high output. Our crusher have a double toggle action give the maximum mechanical advantage to the eccentric shaft. Crushing on the downward stroke enables a much lighter pit-man and toggle to be employed.

We are making Double toggle oil lubricated crushers. In Single toggle (grease lubricated) we have made number of modification in the machine and made suitable to our Indian market.

Our vibrating screens are of design that the amplitude of vibrations can be adjusted by rotating balance weights only, fitted outside of main shaft.
