Double Torsion Spring

The complex double torsion spring shown here features multiple bends, angles, lengths and dimensions that is made complete off of one of our open-faced CNC wire formers. Our skilled operators incorporate the use of a special robot arm attachment that enhances our machinery's capability and allows our machine to handle the intricate bending required for this part. The use of positional probes allows the machine to check angle dimensions and will automatically shut the machine off if the probed angles are not attained which is a big aid in ensuring top notch quality.
