Vectus Next water tanks are manufactured using Blow Moulding Process.Blow moulding is a highly versatile manufacturing option that allows for unlimited design possibilities. It is a process of inflating a hot, hollow, thermoplastic preform inside a closed mould so its shape conforms to that of the mould cavity. The process also has a number of inherent design strengths, such as consistent wall thickness and strong outside corners which are virtually stress free. For additional strength, ribs form an integral part of the design.

Bacteria - A danger for plastics
