It is a process of inflating a hot, hollow, thermoplastic preform inside a closed mould so its shape conforms to that of the mould cavity.The process also has a number of inherent design strengths, such as consistent wall thickness and strong outside corners which ar virtually stress free. For additional strength, ribs form an integral part of the design.
