Double Variable Vane Pump

We are offering double variable vane pump.
The blade is inlaid in the slot, and can freely slide, when the rotation is generated, vane thrown into the pump shell in the centrifugal effect, vane pump is a positive displacement pump, two adjacent leaf movement into the bottom and the pump casing and rotor closed volume above the minimum, maximum, when the rotor rotates clockwise two adjacent leaves, from the bottom to the top is the volume increase, so the oil (from the fourth quadrant to the second quadrant); from the highest to the lowest is volume decrease, so the pressure oil (from second to fourth quadrant).
When the motor drives the rotor to rotate along, double action vane in centrifugal force and the bottom of the blade pressure oil under the outward, the top close to the inner surface of the stator. In the four leaves four concentric arc respectively and the external surface of the rotor, stator inner surface and two port plate composed of four sealed oil cavity. The oil cavity with the rotation of the rotor, seal oil cavity changes from small to large or from large to small, the oil window (valve plate is connected with the suction port) or oil window ( oil outlet port connected to the oil suction or pressure).
During each rotation of the rotor, each working oil cavity completion of the two oil absorption and oil pressure, so called double action vane pump, due to the high and low pressure chambers are mutually symmetrical, axial force balance, as the unloading.
