• Required to make and cut biscuits in to the desired shape from dough sheet supplied by the sheeters / gauge rollers

• The dough sheet is made out of fermented dough or hard-sweet dough.
• Twin cutting roll system. One for printing and other for cutting for uninterrupted and top quality production with option to use single or both cutting rolls. In double roll cutting machine the upper surface of the biscuit remains smooth and leveled if compared with single cutting roller unit. Also, the production remains uninterrupted because of no die choking.
• Damping and scraping/cleaning of cutting web as standard.
• Air blowers between gauge rolls and before cutting (optional)
• All conveyors will have manual tentioner, pneumatic side tracking control with individual speed controls (V.F.D.)
• Independent speed control for cutting web and cutting rolls for smooth and accurate cutting
• Scrap pick-up with cross conveyor as standard up to laminator.
• Swiveling type panner web with individual speed control
• CAS-CADE control system for full line for both upstream and downstream speed settings
• All contact parts, outside covers and deckings of SS (optional).
• All geared motors of SEW / Bonfiglioli make.
• All drives outboard mounted with minimum chain use.
