Special food grade quality felt top conveyor belt with centering guides to keep the belt on its track. Stainless steel inner hopper with special spiral shafts. Accurate control of the dough-ball weight and size using photo sensors and interchangeable restriction rings. Variable speed motor monitored by a variable frequency drive (Inverter).
