Dram Modules

RAM is a temporary memory that is deleted if the system is turned off or the application is exit. RAM stands Random Access Memory. More memory of RAM will give more speed and will fast the processing of the computer system which means faster speed of reading and writing the contents.
There are generally two types of RAM - DRAM and SRAM. DRAM stands for Dynamic Random Access Memory, SRAM stands for Static Random Access Memory. SRAM is faster as compared to DRAM which needs to be refreshed thousands of times per second. SRAM does not need to be refreshed which is what makes it faster than DRAM.
RAM is defined as the main memory without which a computer cannot work. All the read and write operations processing is done by Random Access Memory. RAM is a small rectangular chip that is fitted on the slot of the motherboard. Mostly there are two slots available for RAM on motherboard.
