Drawn Textured Yarn

We mainly produce POY & DTY with following characteristics:
- Spun yarn
- Multifilament yarn, 
- Simple/textured Yarn or Roto (both HIM and SIM/LIM) Yarn, 
- Coarse yarn 
- Black dope dyed yarn
There are many production parameters which affect the yarn properties, quenching air temperature, quenching air speed and winding speed were selected for the POY process. Yarn is produced in three different levels of each of selected parameters and tested to investigate how the crystalline degree changes. 

Tijaria has set-up the POY & DTY Yarn Plant with an aim to prove ourselves amongst the yarn producers globally and has a vision to venture international market in the near future. We have installed Plant & Machinery to cater the need of customers within India and abroad. 
POLYESTER POY (Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn)
Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn, commonly known as Polyester POY is the primary form of Polyester yarn. It is the first form of yarn made directly by spinning Polyester PET Chips/Flakes. POY is mainly used in texturizing to make textured yarn, also known as Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY). POY can also be used in draw warping for weaving and warp knitting of fabrics.
Polyester yarn is produced from PET Flakes/Chips, available in various types, used for producing belting fabrics, Polyester Zipper belts, polyester tyre cord fabrics, solid woven fabrics, hoses, conveyor belts, threads, ropes, lifting straps, engineering reinforcements, etc. Partially Oriented Yarn is made by winding the filament receiving cylinder winds at a speed slightly higher than the speed of extrusion. Filaments from a large number of spinning positions are collected to form yarn, which can later be cut into staple. 
TIJARIA POLYESTER DTY (Drawn Textured Yarn)
Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) yarn is obtained when Polyester POY is simultaneously twisted & drawn. DTY yarn is mainly used in weaving & knitting of fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags and many other uses. Technical Properties of DTY yarn can be moulded in several ways to make the yarn suitable for its vast uses. Polyester DTY yarn can also be obtained in various colors by the dope dyed technology or by conventional dyeing. 

Apparel and home furnishings: From shirts and pants to jackets and hats, bed sheets, blankets and upholstered furniture. 
Fabrics : Weaving and warp knitting of fabrics, belting fabrics for conveyor belts, safety belts, etc., tyre cord fabrics, solidwoven fabrics, etc.
Reinforcement : Tyre reinforcement, plastic reinforcements, engineering reinforcements, etc.
Others : cushioning and insulating material in pillows, comforters, upholstery padding, hoses, conveyor belts, threads, ropes, lifting straps, etc.

POY & DTY yarn is available in different luster like
(i) Semi-Dull/Grey Yarn – Raw Colour
(ii) Triloble Bright Yarn – It has shine and fabric made from this has the bright luster.
(iii) Coloured Yarn - Colored master-batch is mixed with the raw material to make the dope dyed yarn

The diameter of Polyester yarn is designated by the term denier, which is the weight in grams of 9,000 meters of yarn.

POY & DTY is packed on paper bobbins in circular form.

POY Yarn at TIJARIA:
We at Tijaria are manufacturing POY yarn with 100% recycled ecofriendly PET Flakes and also from PET Chips. We have installed advanced Chinese machines based on German Technology. 
We manufacture POY by extruding a synthetic polymer (PET Flakes / Chips), suitable for use in the production of textiles, sewing, crocheting, knitting, weaving, embroidery and rope making. The company plans to produce dope dyed polyester FDY yarn, all deniers and colors twisted and non twisted FDY yarn expected to start production very soon.
DTY Yarn at TIJARIA:
We manufacture DTY yarn with several combinations of Intermingle points viz
(i) Non-Intermingle (NIM) having 0 - knots/meter 
(ii) Slight-Intermingle/Low-Intermingle (SIM/LIM) having 40 - 50 knots/meter 
(iii) High-Intermingle (HIM) having 100 - 120 knots/meter. 
These knots are not actually the knots tied when two threads are broken but they are the tangle knots created by heating pressure. These Intermingle yarns, also known as interlaced yarn, are the replacement for lightly twisted yarns. Polyester DTY yarn can also be twisted to high twists like 1500 TPM or 4000 TPM (twist per meter). Such twisted yarn can also be heat-set to make the yarn permanently thermo-set the twist.
