• It is cream colored amorphous powder having almost no odor or slight characteristics odor resembling raw green fruit of Carica papaya.
• It is available in proteolytic activity range of 50 to 1100 TU/mg.
• Microbial load is NMT 5000 TPC/g, with no E.Coli, Salmonella or Shigella. Yeast & Mold count is less than 100/gm.
