• Our dried split ginger is mainly from Nigeria. And just like its fresh counterpart, it’s darker in color and higher in monoterpene content; it has the highest oil content, giving it a pungent aroma with a camphoraceous note. And these are the qualities that have made it the number one choice for the production of essential oils and oleoresins. Also, haven been sun dried at temperatures of 39 – 42 degrees centigrade guarantees that a mere weight adding moisture is dissipated leaving behind just a concentrate of quality ginger without compromising that my occur if an artificial method of drying were used. Drying also confers the product with a longer shelf life, such that our clients will have the joy of using product over a longer period of time or whenever desired!
