Dried Vacuum Salt

Raw crysttalline sea salt is manufactured by the gradual evaporation of sea water in salt ponds using sun light. It largely contains sodium chloride. this raw salt subjected to salt plants where washing is done several times to remove impurities. Potassium iodate(required quantity) and anticacking agents are added and dried by hot air and packed in vacuum free conditions.
