Drill Pipe Wiper Plug

Drill Pipe Wiper Plug is designed to wipe clean the work string after cementing operations;the drill pipe wiper plug is designed to latch and seal into the liner wiper plug. When latched together, the plugs provide isolation between the liner cement and displacement fluid. When landed and latched into the appropriate landing collar, they provide a redundant back pressure valveto the floats in the shoe, landing collar and float collar. The cup style design of the wiper fins provides a positive seal foractivation of any hydraulic components and does not rely on an interference type seal like other plug systems. The wipers and molded seals are standard HNBR material. A robust anti rotation nose latch and clutch profile prevents rotation of the plugs during drill out operations. Available in a tandem plug configuration, the wiper system allows for wiping of the work string and liner casing in advance of the cementing operation.
