7.the production line is equipped with blind hole detecting system online,when the system detects the pipe without being punched ,it will cut off the pipe automatically ,change the working position at the same time,and display the length of waste pipe.
8.adopting auto double working position coiling machine,independent siemens plc programmable system ,entering by the setting password,imported servo driving motor,adjustable winding displacement pitch,it has the function of auto cutting off the pipe and auto changing coiling disc during the production,no influence to the continuous of auto cutting off the pipe and auto changing coiling disc during the production,no influence to the continuous and high speed production,equipped with torque controlling unit,accurate sync control with pipe production speed.
