Drum Dryer, Specialities : Low Cost of operation

Drum DryerFlakers are used to convert solid flakes from slurry by either applying heating media or chilling media, depending on materials and their properties. This is achieved by forming a thin Layer of Molten Slurry. Molten Slurry is fed into a single or double Drum dryer and the materials are dried in single rotation and scrapped out by adjustable scrapper Blades. Drum Dryer is made from MS, SS304SS316, Alloy material and MS with Hard Chrome materials. Enclosure is provided for Vapor extraction by vacuum blower. It is dust tight so prevent atmosphere and nitrogen purging is possible.
