PAL INGOL

These are zinc based antiwear industrial gear lubricants, specially developed for the lubrication of enclosed gear sets including spur, helical and bevel designs and provide protection under non-critical conditions. Due to good film strength property, thermal and chemical stability these oils provide strong protection to mating surfaces thereby extending life of the gears.

These oils are formulated with high quality base stocks and carefully selected antioxidant, antirust, anticorrosion, antifoam, and antiwear additives. PAL INGOL Zn is suitable for systems operating under moderate to severe conditions where a high level of anti-wear protection is required.

Recommended for use in a wide range of enclosed and semi-enclosed gear systems having spur/straight bevel/spiral bevel/worm/herring-bone/helical types of gears, industrial, plain and roller bearings, sliding surfaces, chain drives, sprockets, flexible coupling etc. especially operating under non-critical conditions.

These are not suitable for foods and drug industries and those required to be operated under extremely severe and hostile environment viz. gear drives operating at speed over 3600 rev/min and/or pitch-line velocities exceeding 1500m/min and lubricant’s sump temperatures generally exceeding 110ºC.
