Dry dates

Since thousands of yours the dates have been a staple food of Indus Valley and the Middle East. It is believed that dates have originated from Iraq and in later times dates have spread through traders around south west Asia, northern Africa, Spain and Italy.Dry dates are made of Aseel Dates of Sindh through dehyderation process. Dried dates can be eaten raw and used in a variety of products like cakes, sweets, marzipans, puddings, bread etc. Dates can even be used in cookies, ice-cream or candy bars.
