Dry Granulate Tablet

An ideal to granulate tablets, slugs and pellets. The Dry Granulator – SDG consists of two motor driven rollers with teeth force. This forces the material to be granulated with very low proportion of powder. Hard slugs of 2 to 2.5 mm thick the following granulation will be obtained, 50% of 16 mesh, 25% of 24 mesh, 10% of 70 mesh and 20% of powder.

This is a very sturdy attachment and can be run continuously for granulating tablets / slugs and pellets & Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.
