wet magnetic separator uses liquid as diluents to improve separation efficiency, while dry magnetic separator demands ore dry, and the particle between particle can move freely, independently free state, otherwise, it will influence magnetic separation effect, even can cause the consequences of non-separation.

dry magnetic separation machine is suitable for ore of particle size under 3 mm of magnetite, magnetic pyrite, roasting ore, titanium ore material doing dry separation, also used in coal, non-metallic materials, building materials iron removal work. So does refractory and other materials and dry area iron removal work. Now our plant promote the dry magnetic separator , use newest magnet installment method ,making the magnetic field strength can reach above 4500 gs ,and a very good effect to nickel ferroalloy slag, silicon-manganese alloy slag and other industrial waste residue recovery.
