Construction

Heavy fabricated outer body is metallic painted with clear coating for longer life, large sized die pressed powder coated door for easy loading, The machines are epoxy coated inside for rust prevention.

Drying Chamber

Thermally insulated stainless steel basket, double walled prevent heat loss & maintain uniform temp. Drive Balanced cast iron pulleys & flexible plumber block housing with double ball bearing to sustain all loads.

Suction

Moisture evacuation is through balanced centrifugal high suction blower directly mounted on motor for silent operation.

Lint Screen

Sliding lint screen is provided in the front panel for easier operation.

Steam / Electric Radiator

Copper coils with aluminium fins for steam heated and fin type elements for electric heated are provided with sliding mesh to prevent dust on radiator.

Diesel / PNG Operated

The most economical & automatic operating system, Diesel / PNG burner is fitted in a heat exchanger made of numerous seamless pipes for quick air heating with sliding mesh.
