Description:Â According to AWS and ASHTO specifications, angle beam transducers must be calibrated for AWS type DSC Block distance, sensitivity, refracted angle, and beam index.
Application:Â Setting the point of incidence for the sound beam, determining the angle of propagation, and calibrating the transverse and longitudinal wave distance.
Geometry:Â 1 " thick, 4" long with 1" and 3" radius. Contains 3/8" deep x 1/32" radius notch and a 1/8" diameter side drilled hole for 45, 60 and 70 degree probes.
