The DSX-HCF Series features high speed closed loop servo tensioners with a maximum wire-feeding speed of 15 meters per socond.

 

Details :

  • Its high-speed/high torque DC servo motor and built-In Adaptive Speed Control Software provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wider tension range for high-speed precision winding.
  • It also features a large screen HD LCD panel for multiple data setting & display.
  • Standard configurations for this series include a built -in tension measurement system, two stage tension setting & wire breaking detection.The series operates with DC24 V.
