Dual Pack Steam Boiler

Progress demands continuous development by ways of research and development for more economic and efficient technologies for the betterment of industrial growth and profits. Keeping the above principle in mind, we have designed a wide range of Steam Boilers which are highly fuel efficient and simple in operations. The ‘DuaI Pack' is a unique model, specifically designed with a large furnace and grate area for the optimum combustion of fibrous and bulky Agricultural Waste fuels such as Rice Husk, Baggase, Ground Nut Shell, Maize Stem, Coconut, Coffee Shells and any other combustible wastes. By virtue of its design the ‘DuaI Pack' Boiler reduces fuel and maintenance cost to such an extent that it would prove to be a beneficial investment in the long run. The ‘Dual Pack' has been designed with a combination of Smoke tube and Water tube concepts. The boiler has a Water Cooled External Furnace with an exceptionally large grate area and furnace volume so as to ensure complete combustion of fuel and generate maximum energy. The combustion gases generated inside the furnace are then passed through a strategically positioned section of smoke tubes which are divided in two passes so as to enhance maximum heat absorption to generate Steam. The Boiler requires a very less quantity of refractory lining, hence eliminating refractory maintenance to a very large extent and minimizing heat losses due to radiation from refractory linings. • After a complete shutdown of the Boiler and in a relatively cold condition, steam at the maximum continuous rating can be obtained in a very short time of twenty to thirty minutes

• 500 kg/hr to 15,000 kg hr
• Working Pressure 10.5 Kg/cm; to 32 Kg/cm2
• Steam Temperature upto 400n C

• Multi fuel Agro waste / Coal / Oil / Gas

• Various types of firing systems can be provided as per specific nature of the fuel to be combusted

  • Smoke Tubes provided are of 63.5 mm OD so as to prevent choking
  • Adequate manhole and mud holes are provided for inspection and cleaning
  • Soot blowing system can be provided on request
  • Fuel Efficiency obtained in ‘Dual Flack’ Boilers is 70% to 86% (i 2%) on fibrous fuels
  • Required connected load very low as compared to other Conventional Boilers
