DUOLINE duplex bag filter housings are for applications where the process flow cannot be interrupted for filter bag changing. Flow is diverted using valves; linked valves simplify the switch-over procedure to a signal lever action.
The DUOLINE duplex bag filters are based upon the TOPLINE, SIDELINE and FLOWLINE bag filter housings, please review each design to determine which style satisfies your requirements best or contact us for assistance.
If your filtration requirement falls within 1 to 100 microns (nominal), also consider the HAYFLOW upgrade option, as it may reduce the frequency of filter bag changes.
Another consideration for continuous flow applications would be our automated filter systems, eliminating filter bag change-outs altogether.

DUOLINE duplex bag filters are available with individual manually operated ball valves, butterfly valves and with linked butterfly valves as shown in the picture above. The linked valves simplify the diverting procedure and ensure uninterrupted flow.
