Dust Collector

Features :
Sock type filterbag, pleated filter, mechanical shaker dust collector.
Filter bag available in relatively common polyester to high temperature aramid (Nomex), polyimide (P84) & acid resistant PPS (Ryton). PTFE membrane on any of the filterbags is available for sub-micron filtration and achieve stable dP.
Material collection via rotary valve, combination of screw conveyor and rotary valve, air-tight collection bin or direct into silo.
DP gauge with option of output signal to interlock with filter dust purging sequence.
Filter cages with built in venturi.
Option :
Heat tracing for acidic & moist fuel gas and start-up and shut down procedure.
Strength :
DAV in house baghouse sizing and fabrication software allows accurate sizing of baghouse at stroke on button, with output includes detailed part dimensions and material count. Fabrication and material inquiry can proceed instantly on the day of order confirmation.
Technically sound, for example, at any given material angle of repose, DAV program instantly generates hopper height dimension, with hopper angle at valley exactly matching material angle of repose.
