Uses
Airflow Systems Southwest offers collectors for a broad range of industrial dust collection needs from processes including sanding, grinding, cutting, mixing, and polishing, as well as welding and soldering. Our full line of cartridge and media dust collectors are at work collecting wood dust, composite dust, plastic dust, paper dust, powders, dry chemicals, soldering fumes, and welding smoke and fume.
Available Models
DCH Series — Fully self-contained dust collector units serve as the air flow and filtration source for an entire system. Available with floor standhopper. Airflow ranges from 650 to 1200 CFM.
DC Series — Heavy duty cartridge dust collection systems, including single and multi-station units with capacities to 6900 CFM.
F Series — Versatile media collector that can be incorporated with ductwork; provides maximum filtration, including dust, smoke, mist, and odors. Airflow ranges from 2000 to 12000 CFM.
HC Collectors — Self-contained cartridge filter unit recirculates and filters the air; features (2) E-Z Arm® Extractor Arms, with air flow 2000 to 2650 CFM.
