      • Modular Unit Dust collectors ranging from 0.5 HP to 10 HP
      • Low ratio bag filters with manual and mechanical bag cleaning options.
      • High ratio pulse jet bagfilters.
      • Cyclone collectors.
    • These Dust collectors are designed and tailor made to suit customer’s requirements and also pollution control norms.
    • The following are the Various Filter Fabrics that can be incorporated in bag filter depending on product to be filtered:
      • Polyster and polypropelene
      • Homo-polymer
      • Nomax
      • Rytons

The above fabrics are available in Woven and Non- woven with special coatings to suit different applications.

Our company T.V. Air Control Systems Pvt Ltd was earlier known as T.V.Enterprises (Proprietorship Firm). We have been in this field from the year 1974 and have supplied various equipments and systems in all type of industries.
We have our factory Regd office located at SP – 72 Ambattur Industrial Estate Chennai – 600058, fully equipped with all modern machineries with Dynamic Balancing facility and various quality control equipments.
We have a full-fledged Technical team Headed by Mr. Lion A. Veerasamy / Director, who has more than 40 years of experience in this line and qualified engineers and technicians with more than 40 years of experience.
Our major range of supplies consist of axial flow fans, centrifugal blowers, unit dust collectors, Industrial Bag filters ranging from the capacity of 10000 cubic meter per hour to 70000 cubic meter per hour. We also manufacture Wet scrubbing systems for furnace, Acid and prickling tanks, Industrial roof extractors, Ventilation and Dust suppression systems, Textile Humidification plants, Fume extraction systems for all type of industries.
