Dw200-1600 Heavy Duty Woven Press Felt Weaving Loom

A kind of superwide heavy loom developed for weaving papermaking felt on the basis of our national conditions is especially suitable for weaving of high-strength cropping papermaking felt, in particular to annular bottom fabric.

machine structure：
　　1、rack: main wall panels in cast iron box type structure to combine the whole machine, in a gap 1780mm
　　　　between two sets.
　　2、main driving: dual-motor double-side coaxial drive, 11kw for each motor; dual pneumatic clutch,
　　　　elliptical gear transmission for main transmission case.
　　3、weft insertion: hydraulic shooting-in, 2*2 shuttle box change or weft section mechanism at two sides.
　　4、shedding: large blade type side pull dobby at two sides, 16-pcs heald frame.
　　5、beating-up: multi-section assembled crankshaft four-bar linkage for beating-up at variable speed, a set
　　　　of cradle mechanism outside.
　　6、take-up: three-roller active take-up under electronic control, with upper roll and lower roller driven by
