Dynamic Balancing

Red Stick Armature Works has 2 computerized Schenck Trebel Balancing Systems which features are hard-bearing balancing that permits the machine to be calibrated once and for all. They remain calibrated for any rotor with the capacity and speed range of the machine. These balancing machines are also equipped with printers.
The largest system, CAB 700, is capable of a 90” diameter swing of rotors and 11 ft. between centers, up to 17,500 lbs.
The smaller unit, equipped with CAB 590 instrumentation, has capabilities up to 6,500 lbs. with a swing of 6’ diameter.
These two balancing machines complement each other in order to expand our capabilities and service range. This equipment has the ability to print data for our customers.
