Dynamometer

Designed for tension testing in overhead cables and strain testing for constructional and industrial purposes, but not suitable for breaking tests or suspended weighing. Spring operated, with adjustable finger for zero and provided with a second finger, which remains at a point of maximum strain and is returned to zero manually. End loops are made from steel. FINISH : The dial is made from brass with indented markings and finish lacquered. Other parts suitably rust protected by painting and electroplanting.
