EB-350M-7LV One Component Epoxy Adhesives, Packaging Type : Black

EB-350M-7LV is a one component epoxy encapsulant intended for applications requiring excellent handling properties. This product has excellent handling properties and excellent compressive strength with a tested value of over 21,000psi. Using specialty raw materials and extensive testing, this material is used for potting small electronic components used for applications to cure less than 50 grams. EB-350M-7LV is also an excellent alternative to a 2- part underfill with low linear expansion.
