EB-406 Thermally Conductive Adhesives, Packaging Type : Grey

EB-406 is a fast setting, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive. It has a paste like consistency that makes it easily spreadable for a variety of applications. EB-406 is designed for the fastest and most continuous heat transfer than compared to many commercially available epoxies.
