Mild Steel Eccentric Sieve

Introduction

Shri Krishna Eccentric Sieve is a high speed vibrating block used to separate the fine powdered material from the bigger and uneven particles. This unit works on the principle of sieving by vibration from the position of equilibrium.

Working

The raw materials are entered from the top into the rectangular box. The pulley on the body of the machine moves in the circular form ensuring the eccentric drive shaft to function. This shaft generates the centrifugal force which vibrates the rectangular box horizontally. The unit has multiple layers which ensure uniform and sieved powder to be obtained. This final product is discharged from the bottom discharge mouth at the back end of the rectangular box.

*This unit uses screen plates which are easily replaceable. This ensures high efficiency.

Construction

Shri Krishna Eccentric Sieve is made from best quality raw materials at our site. The main body of the unit is made of heavy duty cast iron and the entire body is fitted on four legs M.S. foundation. The unit comprises of cast iron eccentric wheel with main shaft fitted with balancing pulleys and ball bearings. The eccentric shaft is driven by electric motor and ‘V’ Belt.
