eco dispersing agent 727-100% is specially developed to meet eco request of dyeing & finishing process. The product has excellent chelating property to calcium, magnesium, iron and other metallic ions and has excellent dispersing ability to solid particles, can be used for pretreatment and dyeing process, and is a multi-functional, multi-purpose chelating and dispersing agent. The product has no phosphor and nitrogen, is an eco product.

1.can solubilize and disperse insoluble calcium soap with its excellent dispersing property.
2.can protecting dyes when used in dyeing process and can eliminate dyeing defects such as dye spots, impart fabrics with pure and brilliant color.
3.has excellent sequestering ability and can soften water and eliminate disadvantages caused by metallic ion during dyeing process.
4.soaping and dispersing loose color and has anti back staining function when used for soaping after dyeing.
5.stable to electrolytes, resistant to alkali, acid and oxidant.

application field
1. Pretreatment of various fabrics.
2. Dyeing of direct, reactive, acid and disperse dyes.
3. Soaping after dyeing of various fabrics.
application process
the product can be used directly, but it is high concentrated, being diluted before using.
dilute method: put 1 part 727-100% into 3-5 part water, stir to make it solve, it can be used after filter.
note: 1.the product should be diluted in soft water, and will liberate heat during dilution.
2.it can be heated a little if water temperature is low during diluting process.
recommended dosage
diluted solution of 727-100%: 1-3g/l (can be adjusted according use and water quality)
packing: 10kg per plastic bag.
storage: can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
