How to use
1．Use ratio： part A 1000g
part B 1000g
2．Clean the open mill，milling the rubber in a proporation by twin-roll mill, until the rubber edge is not split；
3．Molding operations—Mix the rubber materials uniformly and discharge it thin-passing，cut it into suitable size,then,start molding process.
4．Curing conditions recommended：upper and down mould 130℃/100sec(rubber thickness-2mm)
Storage
Separate storage with the part A and part B；
It is advisable to store this product in cool, dry and ventilated conditions.
The temperature should below 30℃。
Shelf life
Under these conditions, shelf life is 12 months，it remain can be used after shelf life if the technical data is qualified.
Notes
Application
1. Mix the rubber compound homogeneous，if the idle time is too long，remill it by twin-roll for reuse, but the experimental verification is a precondition.
2. Separate storage with the part A and part B，Separate storage with the curing agent like DBPMH and so on.
3. The safe temperature is at or below 65℃（the mixing temperature is included）；
4. Storage safely in 4 days；
