Since the zinc oxide paste does not harden or cake, it makes Econo-Paste® a superior alternative to other dressings which contain gelatins. As it provides 20-30mmHg gradient compression, Econo-Paste® is also an excellent choice for treating Lymphedema, edema and leg ulcers.
